I figured for my first blog I would just type and see where it goes. Normally I'm not into blogs, but I like to write and I've been pretty bored lately, so I figured why not.
Spring semester went really well. 5 A's, 1 B, 3.83 GPA :) And Dean's List. So I'm pretty excited about that. I'm gonna miss that campus. Well, maybe not the campus, but definitely my friends. I'm going up to main campus, some of them are going to CalU, others are going to other branches. It kinda sucks. I never expected to meet lifelong friends at GA. I just saw it as a stepping stone to State. It doesn't help that I changed schools for all the wrong reasons. I didn't like UPJ that much and I didn't want to stick with physical therapy. I started looking into photojournalism, which Pitt doesn't even have, so I looked at Penn State. Plus, the boy I was dating at the time was going there (mistake!). I had to transfer in to a branch campus and he was at main, but I thought I'd only have to do one year at GA then be able to go up. Long story short, he either cheated or was about to cheat and broke up with me haha But things worked out in my favor because, not only have I made Dean's List 3 out of the 4 semesters I've been at Penn State, but thanks to that break up I was able to find the most amazing man I could ask for and I've been with him ever since.
I'm not gonna lie, I'm extremely nervous to go up to main. I mean, the place is huge. I know I did well at GA, but it's easy to be a big fish in a little pond. Main campus is gonna be a completely different story. I just want to keep doing well and stay on the Dean's List. Also, I don't know either of my roommates personally, which makes me a little nervous. It has its ups and downs. If we get along that'd be great, but at the same time, if we don't, it won't be the end of the world since we don't really know each other. Obviously I hope we become friends though. It's gonna be a little weird being the oldest one in the apartment though. One of the girls is only a year younger than me, which isn't a huge difference, but I'm pretty sure I'm 2 or 3 years older than the other one haha It's certainly gonna be interesting. I'm also nervous about being so far away from Clay, but that needs to be a whole post on it's own cause there's way too much to say about him :)
I guess this is all a little random, but that's how I am. All my posts will probably jump from topic to topic with no warning. Sorry! haha But that's all for now, so until I write again, peace, love and happiness to all :)
